Club Penguin Times Issue #398

In other news, it appears to be that the three elements: Water, Fire, and Snow have been balanced once again thanks to every Ninja that participated in the element of Snow. ( That includes ME :D )

And for the Upcoming Events, there is some awesome things that are already here, and more to come, which will we will learn more in the future..
