The train track items, appear to be having some kind of bug, like, for example, it does not let you claim the item, and it shows an error message like this. It has been like this ever since it was first released.
However, it appears that this only happens depending on its server languages. I logged in to a Spanish server just to test it, and, it appears that there is no bug, and I could use the items very well without any trouble.
And that pretty much sums it up. I have tried to contact Spike Hike and support, and I hope they will respond to this problem. I would suggest you would also send an email to them to if you can, that way they would pay more attention to that. If you hae any further questions or comments, feel free to leave it below!
